LG UltraGear Gaming Desks
A custom dual-station gaming experience designed, fabricated, and installed in just four weeks for LG Canada's first physical retail location.
For LG Canada's first brick-and-mortar location, Access Retail Group was asked to create two custom gaming desks that captured the energy of the UltraGear monitor brand. We designed, fabricated, and installed the full experience in just four weeks, combining metal, wood, acrylic, and integrated LED lighting into a bold retail centerpiece.
The Brief
LG Canada needed a high-impact retail fixture that could bring the UltraGear brand to life inside its first physical store. The goal was to create an immersive gaming environment that felt premium, futuristic, and durable enough for a live retail setting.
The Challenge
The project had to move from concept to installed reality on an aggressive four-week timeline. It also needed to balance brand expression, structural durability, integrated lighting, cable management, and an elevated customer experience within a busy retail environment.
What We Built
We developed two custom gaming desks designed around the visual language of the UltraGear brand. The final build combined powder-coated metal structure, wood work surfaces, illuminated acrylic panels, branded logo integration, and a sculptural hexagonal backdrop with LED accents to create a dramatic in-store focal point.
A branded gaming environment, built for a live retail floor.
End-to-End Delivery
Our team managed the project from start to finish, including design development, material selection, fabrication, finishing, LED integration, assembly, and final installation. Every detail was coordinated to meet the launch timeline without compromising the visual impact of the final result.
The Result
The finished installation delivered a bold branded experience that immediately stood out on the retail floor. The gaming desks became a centerpiece of the store and a strong physical expression of the UltraGear brand.
